AIA has over 30 years of experience in design and
construction in the Eastern Region of the United
States. COCA has experienced recent growth and
expanded to employ full time project management
professionals and has an outsource agreement for all
Mechanical Engineering needs.

architectural registrations in Maryland,
Virginia,
Florida, Pennsylvania, and the
District of Columbia. He is a member
of the American Institute of Architects (AIA),
Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), The
Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and
is LEED_AP Accredited..
COCA's experience in
the commercial and real estate market include
projects ranging from intricate, occupied renovation
projects to large, multi-building office parks and
condominiums. These projects encompass full range
of management activities including the design
development phase, due diligence surveys, process
management, constructability reviews, turnkey
construction oversight, budget estimating, change
order negotiation, and the final commissioning and
occupancy of the facilities.
COCA has provided
continuous quality third party support and
consultation to the construction industry for the
last 10 years and anticipates future growth into
providing specialized construction services. COCA
continues to give back to the community and industry
by participating in continuing adult education
classes at local community colleges and serves on
local and county boards.
